The Gouverneur Community Center project is a collaboration between the Town and the Village of Gouverneur, New York. Thanks to grants and generous donations, the beautiful facility opened in 2016 and is available for senior citizen activities and events such as class reunions, wedding receptions, private parties, dances, and other gatherings.
